Important: Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Certain products may be ineligible for return, as determined solely by Stylytic. In such cases, no loss or compensation will be provided, and Stylytic's decision will be final.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.
• Return requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

1. Contact us at support@stylytic.in within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images if applicable (damaged or defective).
3. Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide the return shipping address.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be in unworn, unwashed, and original condition with tags attached.
• Allow up to 7 working days to deliver the exchange item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear images of the damaged item. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

6. Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
• If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
